Reviews
I went to Pinehill as an NHS patient referred to MR Tai by the consultant at Ramsay's Sawbridgeworth sister hospital, i could not have received better care if i had been a private full fee paying patient.
Mr Tai did a great job on my hip and i am now pain free and ready for him to operate on the other one when he can fit me in FOC of course.
As an added bonus the nursing staff were very nice and very professional also, all in all a not to unpleasant experience.
Mr Tai is a caring doctor and you can talk to him freely about any problems with your treatment. I had a hip replacement just over 5 weeks ago and with the help of physio I can now do most things that I could do before but without the pain.
Mr Tai was always clear, informative and direct in his communication with me. He initially explored my decision for a hip replacement. Although this was challenging, it enabled me to focus on the importance of my decision for major surgery, what could go wrong and options for managing my pain and condition long-term. He provided me with accurate information re. what to expect from my procedure and the day after on the day I was admitted to hospital. He has provided me with optimistic feedback re. my prospects following surgery and progress which has been encouraging throughout. On discharge yesterday he prioritised my questions and provided helpful and considerate answers that allayed my anxieties and have motivated me to go forward with my recovery.
I'd like to Thank Mr Tai and his team for his great care and professionalism. This gave me confidence in him and his team.
My operation went very well and recovery was as it was explained to me. I was given great care from the very moment I stepped into Pinehill Hospital. I'd also like to thank the Nurse Elvis who looked after me during my first night following my operation.
I found all the staff very caring and easy to talk to, they all explained what they doing and why.
Thank you Mr Tai for your great care and attention.
I now have two new hips and am pain free for the first time in many, many years.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the excellence of your treatment
